Moving is an area where it is very easy to let costs run away from you. At GB Liners, we continue to provide dedicated removal services with our very own full time shareholder staff, owned specialist removal vehicles and a wide range of packing materials. We hold complete control of all costs by not sub-contracting any of our crews. Our staff are incentivised for good claims records, on-time collection and delivery and customer satisfaction.

Once a complete pre-move consultation and survey has taken place, all costs are presented together with any possible ‘extras’ for approval. In our experience, one of the key pain points is the additional invoice for services which may or may not have been necessary. GB Liners will never carry out any additional work without approval and any additional invoice will be accompanied by evidence such as photographs of bad access for example.
